Michael Casa

Michael Casa started his career with National Bank of Arizona in 2001 and has held various positions over the last several years within the Corporate & Commercial Banking Division. Currently, he manages the bank’s metro Phoenix commercial loan centers, consisting of 30 bankers and a loan portfolio of approximately $1.5 billion. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Casa has been recognized for his various contributions to loan production and credit risk management. He and his team continue to focus on growing the bank’s C&I business, which includes a diverse client base and a full spectrum of commercial loan products including working capital finance, equipment finance, commercial real estate and enterprise lending. His team also specializes in providing turnaround financing for companies in transition or in the process of recapitalization.
Michael Casa is originally from Long Island, New York. He has spent the past 35 years in Phoenix, Arizona where he attended Brophy College Preparatory and later Arizona State University. He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance from the Barrett Honors College with a minor in Communications. Michael has also completed his graduate studies at Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle, Washington.
Community Involvement
Michael is a senior loan committee member of CDC Small Business Finance, which provides SBA commercial real estate loans in Arizona. He serves as a life member of the Executive Council 70, a group of working professionals that raise money for at-risk youth within the Phoenix community.
