Redeeming points is easy
You choose which purchases to apply your points toward. Plus, your points never expire, and there’s no limit to the number of points you can earn. You can use points for travel without ever worrying about restrictions or blackout dates!
National Bank of Arizona Rewards | Redeem Points When and How You Want
- Earn points on every dollar spent with your card
- Apply points toward purchases made with your card
- Start reimbursing yourself for purchases with as few as 2,500 points.
- Points can be applied for the exact amount, or a portion of your purchase
- Points have a redemption value of 100 points per dollar (or $.01 per point)

How the National Bank of Arizona Rewards Program Works
We make it easy to check your reward balance, redeem points and more.
- Log in to Online Banking and select your credit card account.
- Click Manage Account then Transactions and Pay.
- Click the Rewards button – See your reward balance, redeem points, review your redemption history and more.
- To redeem, click on Redeem Points and check the box next to the purchase(s) (from the last 90 days) you would like to reimburse yourself for.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click Redeem.
Your points will be redeemed against your selected purchase(s) within 3 to 5 business days.
If you prefer, you can also check your reward balance and redeem points by calling customer service at 855-848-2799.
