About Chad

Chad and his team of skilled loan officers originate home loans that work for our valued customers.  Whether it is a Construction One Time Close loan for a Primary or Secondary Residence, or a purchase or refinance loan, you will get the best match of product and service. He has been in the mortgage industry since 1986 in AZ. Chad earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, where he and his wife met.  They have three grown children, and live in Phoenix and part time in Sedona. Chad is a 5th Generation Arizona native and loves helping fellow residents of this great state.

Chad is a founder and former President of The Sol Devils at Arizona State University Athletics, an advisory board member of The Care Fund, and a member and long time board member of  Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association.
