As a Portfolio Manager for the National Bank of Arizona Agribusiness Banking Team, Candilee specializes in the underwriting and portfolio management of agricultural operations, including production operations as well as agribusiness. Candilee has worked in agricultural finance for over 20 years. Prior to joining NB|AZ®, she worked as a Financial Specialist for Farm Credit Services of America in Sioux Falls, South Dakota before moving to Arizona in 2006. With the move to Arizona, she joined a Business Banking team at a financial institution where she worked as an Agricultural Credit Analyst for 15 years.

Community Involvement
Candilee currently volunteers at the Mesa American Little League and is on the PTO for Booker T. Elementary school. Candilee has also been on the Arizona Association of Women in Water & Agriculture since 2021. She has previously volunteered at Habitat for Humanity and the Arizona Trails Association.
