Barbara has over 20 years of banking experience in Arizona with 15 years at NB|AZ.  Working previously as a commercial and small business portfolio manager, Ms. Lietzke-Phillips brings experience in cash flow optimization and loan origination to her position as the Business and Retail Loan Manager with National Bank of Arizona. She manages both consumer and business products working as a liaison with Zions Bank^®, facilitating a smooth and customer-friendly process for new loan origination and loan renewals. Barbara has an eye for helping clients identify financial opportunities and needs for their business and prides herself on building relationships and finding solutions.

Community Involvement

Barbara actively volunteers as a youth leader with Generations Family Church and has volunteered with Southwestern Valley Literacy Association. She also has served as the board treasurer for Neighborhood Housing Services of Southwestern Maricopa County.
