Laura Schaeffer is Executive Vice President and Director of Operations and Technology for National Bank of Arizona and joined the bank in 2006. Laura’s responsibilities include leadership of Treasury Management Sales & Operations, Project Management, Commercial Lending middle office, Product Management and Premier Client Services. During her more than 30-year career, she has held a number of senior management positions in Treasury Management, Operations and Human Resources. She is an American Bankers Association Business Banking School graduate, a Certified Treasury Professional, Leadership Challenge Certified Coach and Facilitator and is a graduate of Portland State University Project Management Program.

 

Community Involvement

An active member of the community with a passion for youth, Laura is a Girl Scout leader, serves as the Treasurer of the Corona Del Sol High School Parent Teacher Organization and has been a Junior Achievement board member and volunteer since 2005.
