As a Business Development Officer at National Bank of Arizona^®, Tracy assists legal professionals with banking solutions and is a referral resource for the NB|AZ^® Attorney and Firm Services. In addition, she helps to design and implement educational programs and resources for legal clients around the state of Arizona.

Tracy worked at the State Bar of Arizona for 12 years. In her past role as a practice management advisor, she traveled throughout Arizona advising attorneys and their staff regarding efficient management procedures, manual and automated practice management systems, and proper maintenance of the IOLTA/trust account. She also developed, coordinated and presented educational programs for attorneys and their staff. Tracy also managed the Trust Account Hotline. Before joining the State Bar, Tracy worked in a small general practice law firm as well as with a legal recruiter in Arizona.
